FoundByAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI visibility and automation agency based in New Zealand, operating at foundbyai.co.nz. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL when you submit our lead form, contact form, or book a call.
• The content of any message or enquiry you send us.
• Payment details when you purchase a service — these are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We also collect some information automatically:

• Usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, via Google Analytics and cookies.
• The publicly available content of any website you ask us to audit.

• To deliver the audits, services, and reports you request.
• To respond to your enquiries and arrange calls.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To improve our website and services.
• To send updates or marketing only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers we use to run our business:

• Pabbly — to process and route form submissions.
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Google Analytics — to understand website usage.
• Calendly — to schedule calls.
• AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — to generate audit reports from the website data you submit.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside New Zealand (for example, in the United States). We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information to a comparable standard.

We use cookies and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it.
